Located in the Beekman Arts District of Saratoga Springs, Kraverie was opened by two popular food truck owners in 2011. Specializing in Korean-inspired street food and craft beer, Kraverie is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike.
With Sesame Soy Tofu as one of the 'meat' options for their 'Food Truck Classics' and 'Korean Fare' dishes, Kraverie also looks to be a good choice for vegans. You will, however, need to ask for the removal or substitution of dressings like the sour cream sauce.
