Rasta Pasta is an omni Caribbean-Italian fusion restaurant in Colorado Springs with a relaxed atmosphere. Six of the pasta dishes can be made vegan, including the Sundrio (sun dried tomatoes, garlic, basil, green onion and grapes sautéed with tri-colored rotini in a red wine sauce). A children’s menu and gluten-free options are available. The bar serves Jamaican beer and rum, plus local craft beers on tap.
