Trinity Brewing Co is an environmentally-friendly omni restaurant and brewery in Colorado Springs. Vegan items listed on the menu include the curried tempeh salad, vegan hot wings, vegan corn dog, quinoa sliders and the vegan pulled pork (jackfruit) hoagie. The pub was made from nearly 100% recycled materials and even the brewing barrels are recycled. A ‘slow food’ approach is taken to dinning and produce is locally-sourced and organic where possible.
