Jujubeet, University Village

Jujubeet is an all-vegetarian artisan juice bar with cold-pressed juices and more on offer. They also offer food, which is local and organic when possible. A lot of it is vegan and gluten-free, and they make coconut 'bacon' and cashew cheese. They have raw offerings, which include the raw cashew cheese platter and the raw key lime pie. Their menu includes the sweet cardamom chickpea flour crepe, the VLT with avocado, the tempeh bowl and the chocolate garbanzo truffle. Look out for honey in various dishes.
