Vegan options include the Bistro beet burger (roasted beets, chickpeas, quinoa, kale, walnuts, served on a toasted pretzel bun with veganaise, onions and dressed greens), guacamole, soups and salads. The restaurant used compostable take-away containers and supports local charities.
