Wild Ginger is an all-vegan pan-Asian cuisine which serves many traditional dishes with a twist. Many of the sauces and ingredients in dishes can be modified to be gluten-free. There are soups, noodle dishes, curries and other exciting and unique dishes. There are even tofu nuggets with chilli sauce. Other dishes include Malaysian Curry Stew, Smoked Teriyaki Seitan, and Yam & Pumpkin tempura. They also offer juices, smoothies and desserts.
