Naked Lunch

Naked Lunch is an omni health-food café in Boulder. Vegan items include the avocado sandwich (avocado, cashew cheese, cucumber, pickled red cabbage, red peppers, mixed greens, lemon tahini dressing, on ciabatta) and Mediterranean rice salad (mixed greens, rice and lentils, artichokes, Kalamata olives, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic). There are also vegan donuts and cookies on offer. Seasonal, local and organic produce is used whenever possible.
