Highlights include the Philly cheese steak (seitan grilled with green peppers, onions, mozzarella cheese, sprinkled with spicy giardiniera and served on a long bun). Buffalo cauliflower wings and the gyro burger (house-made patty topped with our grilled seitan, cucumbers, tomato, onion, and romaine, basking in house-made ranch). Vegan restaurant.
