Khyber Pass is an omni Indian restaurant in Chicago. Vegan dishes include the Jaipuri aaloo (potatoes cooked in onion and sauce with dry methi leaves), channa masala (garbanzo beans cooked with potatoes and onions) and tofu masala (potatoes, green peas, mushrooms cooked in a mild tomato creamy sauce).
