The Peninsula is an upscale hotel in Chicago with three restaurants: The Lobby (contemporary American cuisine), Pierrot Gourmet (French-style bistro) and Shanghai Terrace (Cantonese and Shanghainese cuisine). All have vegan options, for example the vegan hash (kale, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, fingerling potato, asparagus, organic tofu) served in Pierro Gourmet and the five spice dry tofu salad in Shanghai Terrace.
