Ramen Wasabi is a modern Japanese omni restaurant in Chicago. Serving ramen, sushi and izakaya-style plates. Vegan dishes include the tan tan men ramen (upton’s seitan ragu, mushroom and seaweed broth, buckwheat noodle, scallion, sesame, bok choy, chili oil) and the vegan pole bowl (baked organic tofu, shiitake mushroom, seaweed salad, avocado, red onion, cucumber, sweet soy, fried onion, vegan spicy mayo, sesame, seaweed).
