Sadhana Tea House is also a wellness center, which offers groceries, teas, packaged goods, herbs, grains and more. The food they offer is all homemade and heart healthy, and is reported to be mostly, if not all, vegan. They offer dishes such as gumbo, black bean soup, and food with meat substitutes, such as soy patties. They also offer fresh fruit juices.
