Gazpacho is an omni New Mexican restaurant in Durango with vegan choices. The vegetarian green chili garden burger (brown rice, quinoa and bulgur patty mixed with roasted corn, black beans and red peppers, topped with soy cheese and hot green chili, served with fries) and the vegetarian tamale plate (ask for no cheese) are vegan. There are also three types of vegan gazpacho on offer. There are many gluten-free options.
