At Baroo, all the dishes are based on locally grown, sustainable, natural, and organic ingredients with fermentation techniques to create some of the most flavorful morsels. The majority of the menu is vegetarian, with some vegan options including the Noorook and the Kimchi Fried Rice (omit the egg).
