Green Lotus Restaurant is a vegetarian restaurant serving Vietnamese fusion dishes. They use a variety of vegetables and mock meats in their dishes, and they make their own tofu.
Vegan items are clearly marked on the menu of which there are many. They include BBQ pork rolls, shrimp cake, pho noodle soup, crab udon, mushroom porridge, papaya salad, grapefruit salad, sweet and sour fish hotpot, shaken beef rice plate, stir-fried tofu with lemongrass, carrot cake and cheesecake.
