Mint and Basil is a vegetarian Asian restaurant with locations in California. 95% of the dishes are vegan and all can be made vegan upon request. Highlights include vegan clams and chips (wok sauteéd vegan clams, diced tofu, mushroom, jicama, topped with peanuts and crispy rice chips), Thai hot pot (mock meat and tofu in a savory spicy, sweet and sour Thai broth, served with vermicelli noodles) and the chrysanthemum leaf soup. No MSG and minimal oil is used in cooking.
