Gravité

Gravité is a small neighborhood café serving healthy and organic food and drinks, specializing in coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, sandwiches and salads. They support local farmers, sustainable agriculture and environmentally friendly products. They use recyclable and green takeout containers as much as possible and have chosen antique and recycled furniture inside the store. They also use chemical-free cleaning products.

They clearly mark their vegan and gluten-free options on their menu. Vegan items include acai bowls, oatmeal, tofu scramble with veggies, tofu burrito, power pancakes, hummus and veggie wraps, cheese and portobello panini, quinoa beet salad, baked spaghetti squash, a lentil curry bowl and cookies.
