Garden Fresh

Garden Fresh is a restaurant offering Chinese vegan cuisine using a variety of vegetables, tofu and mock meats. They never use MSG, trans fats or high-fructose corn syrup, and all of their meals are cooked to order. They offer certain wheat-free items and can accommodate most dietary requests.

Their dishes include Mongolian chick'n, sweet and sour pork, crispy fried tofu with minced vegetables, Szechuan eggplant, shiitake ribs, minced veggies in lettuce cups, grilled salmon, corn and tofu chowder, curry noodle soup and scallion pancakes.
