New Sizzling Tandoor is an omni Indian restaurant in Santa Rosa. Vegan dishes include baigan bharta (tandoor roasted eggplant sauteéd in herbs, tomatoes, peas and onions), vegetable jhalfrazie (fresh vegetables sauteéd in mild spices and fresh herbs) and artichoke pakora (artichoke heart fritters served with a mint and tamarind sauce).
