Shojin offers organic and natural Japanese vegan and macrobiotic dining. Their healthy dishes are free from any artificial additives or chemical seasonings and all of their ingredients are organic where possible. They strive for a relaxing and peaceful environment. Everything is gluten-free, and they also mark dishes that are soy, sesame, onion and garlic-free.
Dishes include kabocha pumpkin croquettes, shiso gyoza, spicy buffalo cauliflower sushi rolls, ume, shiso and hijiki hand rolls, smoked cheese caesar supreme salad and ramen. Ramen toppings include vegan "egg", soy chick'n and kale.
