Paru's is a warm and relaxing restaurant specializing in the cuisine of South India, using rich spices and aromatic herbs to transform vegetables, lentils and rice into tasty meals.
Most of the offerings are vegan, but not clearly marked on the menu so please check with your server. Suitable dishes could include samosas, yellow split dal, savory lentil doughnuts, masala dosa, uttapam, vegetable curries and thali meals. Unfortunately, the desserts and lassi aren't vegan-friendly.
