Long Beach Beer Lab is a small manufacturing brewery and bakery dedicated to curiously crafted, experimental ales and sourdoughs. Alongside their beverage manufacturing, they use wild microflora harvested from local fruits and malt grains from the brewhouse to make their own sourdough breads.
They use their sourdough to make several vegetarian foods items and there are several vegan options. The vegan options may include a winter pizza (topped with roasted broccoli, garlic, golden and purple beets, kalamata olives, sprouted peas, and pumpkin sunflower cream), grilled cheese sandwiches with spiced chickpeas and eggplant, pumpkin carrot soup, creamy lentil soup and doughnuts. You can also buy a variety of sourdough loaves to takeaway.
