Chef Tanya's Kitchen is a sandwich shop and deli serving gourmet vegan meals for lunch and dinner, including special Wednesday night dinners. Tanya's mission is to provide clean, fun and tasty dishes inspired by her love for good food, nature and the animal kingdom.
Options include deli sandwiches such as the Pastrami Mami (sliced pastrami, Mom's sauerkraut, 1000 island, dill pickle, provolone, gourmet rye), Banh Mi and You (seared garlic-lime marinated tofu, sweet and sour carrot, daikon curls, house-pickled jalapeños, cucumber, cilantro, mint, basil, spicy mayo, torpedo roll) and El Cubano (slow roasted citrus and garlic seitan, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, soft roll).
They also offer various salads including a caesar, tasty Thai tofu, Moroccan chop, chickpea tuna and tofu egg, daily soups and desserts. Their Wednesday dinners offer meals such as chick'n fried steak, garlicky greens, mashed potatoes and gravy.
