Core Kitchen is the world's first produce-only restaurant and 100% of their ingredients are organic and gluten-free. They craft their entire menu from only fruits, vegetables and herbs, with no sugar, salt, oil or additives. They have a focus on community, preferentially hiring formerly incarcerated team members and helping resource-poor local farms to succeed.
Their entire menu is vegan and includes acai bowls, granola bowls, caesar salad, hearty collard wraps, Thai spring wrap with plantain crumbles and veggies, tomato zucchini noodles, Caribbean bowl, soup and fruit smoothies.
