Reposado is an omni Mexican restaurant in Palo Alto. There are two vegan dishes are labeled on the menu, the vegan corn fritter (with real Vermont maple syrup and powder sugar) and the berenjena empanizada (eggplant, panko crust, poblano chili, caponata rice, charred habanero tahini).
