George's at the Cove is a three-level dining destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and northern coastline. The lower level, George's California Modern, is a contemporary fine dining restaurant and bar featuring seasonally-driven California cuisine. They use locally grown and harvested products, and inventive preparations to celebrate the flavors of San Diego.
Their a la carte menu includes options that can be made vegan but please specify to your server. These have included brassicas, quince, pineapple and puffed barley; sweet potato, apple, pumpkin seed vinaigrette, quinoa, golden raisin and watercress; heirloom grains, corn, carrots, radish, mint, preserved citrus jam and vegetable demi-glace; and vegetable pot pie, salsify, sunchoke and foraged herbs.
