Windmill Café is an omni family-run café in Santa Cruz, serving breakfast and lunch. Vegan dishes include the daily tofu scramble (assorted veggies sauteéd with organic tofu, served with toast, vegan spread and jam), Asian stir-fry with tempeh and tempeh Reuben sandwich (with organic kraut and vegan special sauce).
