Gauthier Soho is a chic and intimate fine dining restaurant whose head chef, Alexis Gauthier, became a vegan in 2016 and has since offered a delectable and award-winning vegan taster menu named Les Plantes. The menu includes eight courses including Technicolor Truffle, Celeriac Deux Feuilles, Williams Pear Glacée and Coconut & Chocolate Tart. They will provide a version of the menu highlighting all appearances of the 14 major allergens on demand. You can also select vegan options from their a la carte menu.
