Mesi’s Kitchen is an omni Ethiopian restaurant in London. All the vegetarian entrées on the menu are also suitable for vegans. Delicacies include the Yeater Kik Alicha (yellow split peas simmered in a mild sauce of onions, herbs and spices), Gomen (thinly cut collard greens steamed in a mild sauce) and Shiro Wat (chick peas simmered in a hot and spicy berbere sauce). Vegan sample platters are also available. Guests are invited to try the food the traditional way, eating with their hands instead of cutlery.
