Started in Sacramento in early 2012, Tako was brought together by the love of Korean and Mexican food. Using their own secret daily made sauces, along with freshly prepared ingredients, they put together a delicious, healthy, and affordable way to eat. There are three vegan taco options: the Beuseus Bokkeum, the Oksusu and the Japchae. Let your server know you are vegan, and they will recommend any sides that can be adapted too.
