Güero's Taco Bar is in Austin and serves delicious, Mexican-inspired cuisine.
Although a meat-serving eatery, they do have a separate vegan menu and many of the dishes from their regular menu can also be made vegan. They offer burritos, tacos, enchiladas, tostadas, and a sauteed vegetable and potato dish called 'Veggies a la Parrilla'. A vegan soy chorizo is also featured in a few of these dishes. A kids menu is provided and gluten-free options are available throughout the menu.
They offer a catering service for special events, private parties, and functions.
