Uptown Veg is an 100% vegan, family owned establishment. It is set in a compact, buffet-style café offering vegan versions of American comfort food and organic juices. They offer soy-based alternatives, and make vegan salmon, ribs, steak and more. They offer mac 'n' cheese, pasta stir fry, 'bacon' rolls and more. They also have many desserts, such as vegan oreo cookie cakes, and soy cheesecakes.
