Mixt is an omni health-food restaurant chain with vegan items listed on the menu. Serving salads, sandwiches and grain bowls. The vegan ‘be well’ salad has mixed greens, avocado, chickpeas, quinoa, lentils, carrot, edamame, cucumber, scallions, fresh herbs and a cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette. Or you can build-your-own grain bowl using greens (arugula, kale and more), grains (quinoa, farro), marinated hodo soy tofu, raw and cooked vegetables, fruits, toasted nuts, herbs and dressings. Locally-sourced, organic and GMO-free produce are used where possible.
