YO! Sushi is an international Japanese omni restaurant chain, with vegan dishes highlighted on the menu. Highlights include the tofu katsu curry (crispy tofu with mild curry sauce, spring onions and steamed rice; voted ‘Best Vegan Curry’ by PETA), cucumber maki, vegetable gyoza, harusame aubergine (fried slices of aubergine in a garlic and ginger sesame soy dressing), vegetable tempura and kaiso seaweed salad. Dishes can be either ordered from the menu or selected from the conveyor belt.
