La Tasca is a small chain of relaxed and welcoming Spanish-themed restaurants found across the UK offering Spanish tapas, restaurant meals and drinks. The Lakeside restaurant is found on The Boardwalk food court of the intu Lakeside Shopping Centre. Throughout the La Tasca chain they have introduced a full fixed-price vegan menu to celebrate Veganuary, offering a choice of starters, mains and desserts. You could select the Ensalada de Invierno roasted beetroot starter, then the Paella de Verduras main and finally the Coconut Rice Pudding dessert. Hopefully, with support, it will become more than just a Veganuary thing!
