La Tasca is a small chain of relaxed and welcoming Spanish-themed restaurants found across the UK offering Spanish tapas, restaurant meals and drinks. The Deansgate restaurant is close to Piccadilly Gardens and Manchester Victoria railway station. Throughout the La Tasca chain they have introduced a full fixed-price vegan menu to celebrate Veganuary, offering a choice of starters, mains and desserts. You could select the Ensalada de Invierno roasted beetroot starter, then the Paella de Verduras main and finally the Coconut Rice Pudding dessert. Hopefully, with support, it will become more than just a Veganuary thing!
