itsu is a chain of relaxed, fast-casual, Asian-inspired restaurants offering healthy options of sushi, itsu (hot dishes), salads, sides, desserts and more to eat in or to enjoy on the go. The menu – which includes meat – offers many clearly labelled and enticing vegan options in almost every section. There’s sushi of Veg & Seeds Dragon Rolls or Avo Baby rolls, the hot itsu Thai Coconut Veggie Rice Bowl or Veggie Gyoza Noodles, and salads such as the Vegetable Dumplings ‘on a bed’. There are many more options, with vegan sides and desserts, too.

Most stores start a half-price sale on fresh food 30 minutes prior to closing.

itsu in the UK is based mainly in London and the Home Counties, with additional outlets in Bristol, Leeds, and Manchester, but is opening new stores every year so keep checking for one near you.
