Land of Bourbon is a vegan Caribbean and West African stand serving up southern street foods with exotic flavours to Edinburgh. It is housed in an ex police box and dishes have included buffalo wings, jerk vegetable wraps, African beqan chilli, chickpea and aubergine curry and pan-fried plantain.
