Jewel is a plant-based restaurant, offering many vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, although it does not describe itself as specifically vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free. With the exception of eggs, the menu is completely free from animal products, including dairy. Items NOT suitable for vegans are clearly noted on the menu. Suitable choices include the Black Diamond Pizza and the Impossible Burger.
