Chin Chin Labs is Europe's first liquid nitrogen ice cream parlour and dessert bar. They offer vegan weekly specials that have included lychee, coconut and rose jam, and rhubarb sherbet. They also offer a vegan rhubarb crème brûlee and various suitable toppings and sauces. Their drinks include a vegan hot chocolate and soya or almond milk for coffees and teas.
