Doug McNish's Public Kitchen is open for take-out grab and go items from Thursdays to Sundays. You can enjoy his ready-to-serve vegan meals, snacks, spreads, sauces and drinks made from organic ingredients.
On weekends, you can dine in and experience his inspired plant-based brunch menu that includes dishes such as omelettes, pressed reuben sandwiches, tofu benedict (with vegan runny egg yolk), and ice cream sundaes. Options that are gluten, nut and soy-free are clearly labelled. Reservations are accepted and recommended.
