At the six Vancouver and Victoria locations of La Taqueria Pinche Taco, they make their tacos and burritos from traditional recipes with local, organic and sustainable products, when possible. The menu offers various fillings which can be served as a taco (soft tortilla) or as a quesadilla. The Calabacitas, Hongos Con Kale, and Frijoles Charros Con Queso are vegan or can be served vegan.
