One Dish Cuisine is an award-winning café, deli & bakery was founded by an owner with celiac disease and a milk allergy. Just about everything is is made in house and some of their produce is organic. Everything is free of wheat, gluten, rye, barley, oats, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame, tree nuts and peanuts. They recycle everything they can.
They have two menus and two different cooking lines with dedicated equipment. Their green menu contains dairy and their blue menu does not. On the blue menu, vegan options are clearly labeled and include pumpkin spice muffins, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, pizzas with Daiya cheese, eggplant parmigiana with garlic toast, black bean burgers, salads and soup.
