T R O V E is a café and bakery located in Levenshulme. The café is still focused around the same large table they've had since day one, so that people can come and socialise and communicate.

Their food is made from scratch with a central focus on organic ingredients and locally sourced produce. They serve simple and seasonal food with several vegan and gluten-free options that are clearly labelled on the menu, as are dishes that contain nuts. The vegan options include a full breakfast, soup, and a tofu, kimchi, kale, chilli and sesame rice bowl.

They are also open on Friday and Saturday evenings and serve vegan dishes such as purple sprouting broccoli, lentils, chilli and tahini.
