Bridges is an independent café that serves fresh fare, from baguettes and Italian coffee to soups and Chinese food. They also offer a wide selection of juices and smoothies. They have a menu selection of vegan baguettes with fillings such as hummus, falafel, salad, green pesto, pan-fried mushrooms and garlic spinach. Their soup of the day is usually vegan and made from organic vegetables. They also carry vegan cheese, and non-dairy milk and yoghurt for smoothies.
