MillWorks is a historic Cambridge mill re-energised into an eclectic modern brasserie that serves brunch, lunch and dinner. Think vibrant, punchy flavours with elements of smoke. They offer a separate gluten-free menu and vegan options are clearly marked on their menus. Vegan options include roasted red pepper and walnut pate, black and white rice terrine, and BBQ aubergine and crispy cauliflower. Desserts may include slow gin poached pear and sorbets.
