The Cauldron Restaurant has an emphasis on providing ethically and locally sourced, creative fare, which is cooked using heirloom cookery methods from many different cultures around the world. The kitchen doesn't have a gas supply and instead, the chefs work multiple fire pits, grills, a genuine wood fired oven and two huge cast iron cauldrons.
Vegan and gluten-free options are clearly labelled on the menu. Vegan dishes have included crispy fried tofu and ember burnt butternut squash with cranberries and capers.
