Better Food, St Werburghs

Better Food is a Bristol-based retailer and café with three locations selling organic, local, and ethical food and goods. They are also committed to building a better, fairer food community.

Their friendly café in St Werburghs is a regular hang-out for locals, shoppers and families (they're very child-friendly and breastfeeding mums are welcome to just sit and relax). They serve a choice of organic home-cooked meals and snacks, cakes, teas and great coffee. This includes vegan and gluten-free options. They also serve freshly-made organic juices. Food will be available to takeaway only during the last half-hour of service.

All of their takeaway packaging is from Vegware, and they use metal straws in smoothies. You will receive a 20p discount if you bring your own takeaway coffee cup or receptacle for takeaway food. If you use one of their Vegware cups, they charge a 10p levy which is donated to the Soil Association.
