The Mermaid is an upscale restaurant housed in a beautiful 14th century public house. They offer an ever-evolving menu using creative techniques and a fusion of fine-dining and classic styles. They have separate vegan and gluten-free menus. Their vegan menu has included dishes such as Barbados edamame fritters, romanesco with truffle duxelle, celeriac steaks with lemon thyme potatoes and tropical Eton mess. They also have a selection of vegan wines.
