Friska is a Bristol based small chain of restaurants, serving healthy fast food to eat in or take away. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu such as the Butternut & Blackbean Dopiaza Hot Pot, the Hummus & Roast Butternut Super Salad and the Hummus Rainbow Wrap. They power their stores with 100% renewable energy, and they recycle, compost or incinerate their waste with nothing going to landfill.
